Delete Your Data

We respect your right to control your personal data. This page allows you to request deletion of any data associated with your use of Kaalchakra.

What Data We Store

On Your Device (Local Storage)

Your name, date of birth, birth location, language preference, and streak data are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your phone.

To delete: Go to your device Settings > Apps > Kaalchakra > Clear Data, or simply uninstall the app.

On Our Server (Database)

If you used the Family Group feature, family member details (name, date of birth, birth location, relation) are stored on our server linked to your device ID. Anonymous usage analytics may also be stored.

To delete: Use the form below to remove all server-stored data for your device.

Delete Server Data

Enter your Device ID to delete all family member records and usage data associated with your device. You can find your Device ID in the app under Profile or Family Group settings.

What Happens After Deletion

All family member records linked to your device will be permanently removed from our database.
Anonymous usage analytics are not linked to your device ID and cannot be traced back to you.
Local data on your device is not affected — clear app data or uninstall to remove it.
This action is irreversible. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
